COUGARS DROP A PAIR TO CLOSE REGULAR SEASON
FREDERICK, Md. – The Frederick Community College baseball team closed out their regular season play on Saturday afternoon against the Riverhawks from Anne Arundel Community College. The Riverhawks scored a total of 21 runs as they shut out the Cougars by the scores of 15-0 and 6-0. FCC sits at 36-14 on the year and AACC is 22-21 overall.

FCC starting pitcher David Tiskevics was tagged with the loss in game one and he falls to 3-2 on the season. Marco Cardone got the nod for game two and suffers the loss falling to 0-3. FCC's Ben Glod had a pair of hits in game two.


The Cougars will regroup and set their sights on next weekend when they host the Region XX D2 tournament. FCC will enter next weekend as the No. 1 seed finishing with a record of 12-4 in division match-up.
