FCC’S SKID REACHES FIVE IN 98-52 LOSS AT HOME TO TITANS

FREDERICK, Maryland – Heading into Saturday's contest, the FCC men's basketball team knew they would need to be sharp as #6 Beaver County came to town for a Region XX DII matchup. The Titans were riding an 18 game winning streak and sat at 19-1 before tipoff vs. the Cougars. The Titans would roll the Cougars by the score of 98-52. FCC falls to 7-13 overall on the season, including five straight losses.

Christian Knox and Domantas Sakickas each scored 14 points for FCC in the loss. Teammates CJ Williams and Juwan Burnett chipped in with 12 and 11 points.

FCC will look to return to winning ways on Wednesday (2/5) when they return to the hardwood to battle the Fighting Owls from Harford CC. Tipoff is slated for 7:00 at the Athletics Center on the campus of Frederick Community College.
