A Tale of Two Games as Cougars and Hawks Split Doubleheader

Frederick, Md. – The Frederick Community College Cougars and Hagerstown Community College Hawks each picked up a win on Thursday afternoon in two very different ways. The Cougars dominated Game 1 behind a stellar pitching performance by Doug Pearl. In Game 2, the Hawks put a six spot on the board in the second inning to earn the convincing victory, 14-8.
