Volleyball Clips Hawks To Make It Seven In A Row!

Frederick, Md- The FCC volleyball squad hosted Hagerstown Community College on Thursday night for a MD JUCO match-up.  The Cougars continue to ride a hot streak as they defeated the Hawks 3-0.  With the victory, FCC improves to 7-1 overall including a perfect 3-0 in the conference.  The Cougars have now won seventeen straight sets and are winners of seven in a row.  HCC falls to 2-9 overall including 2-2 in conference action.

FCC sophomore Emily Rabat continues to shine for the Cougars and her teammates delivered in the clutch tonight in the important MD JUCO match-up.  Rabat led the team with ten kills and turned in a stellar performance serving for FCC.  She registered five service aces and continues to be a leader in this category throughout the entire NJCAA.  Freshman Victoria Bryant was in a giving mood tonight dishing out twelve assists.  Teammate Jackie Burns turned in a solid performance with four services aces and three kills.
