Baltimore, Md- Winners of twelve straight, the FCC women's volleyball team hit the road on Friday night for a MD JUCO match with Baltimore City Community College. The Cougars wasted little time taking care of business and swept the Panthers in straight sets 3-0 (25-3, 25-5, 25-13). With the victory, FCC improves to 13-1 on the season and remains perfect in the conference at 5-0.
FCC had a number of solid contributions in the victory. Freshman Kendall Cohagan registered 17 assists while teammate Colleen Weant served up seven aces for the Cougars. Sophomore Jordan Wathen tallied seven kills and Erica Buls put down five kills of her own.
Up Next: FCC will return to action on Monday night as they host the Dragons from Howard Community College. First serve is set for 7:00 PM.
