Keyser, WV- The No. 18 Frederick Community College volleyball team hit the road on Tuesday night to take on the Catamounts of Potomac State College of WVU. The two teams last battled each other on September 3rd with the Catamounts edging the Cougars 3-2. FCC would even the score on Tuesday night by sweeping the Catamounts 3-0 (25-23, 25-19, 25-20). With the victory FCC improves to 21-2 overall including a perfect 11-0 in the conference.
Sophomore sensation Emily Rabat continues to have a stellar season as she registered 21 kills on the night. Erica Buls turned in a dominating performance at the net with five blocks as teammate Victoria Bryant handed out 35 assists. FCC received major contributions from Amy Gust who tallied six kills and Victoria Ketner recorded 13 digs.
UP NEXT
FCC will hit the road the road for a weekend tournament and close out the regular season play on October 28th at Garrett College.
