FCC Softball Seeking Interested Players

FREDERICK, MD. - The Shawn Harbaugh softball era will kickoff this Fall as the Cougar build to return to the diamond stronger than ever. The Cougars are looking to fill roster spots as they prepare for the 2023 spring season. High school or travel ball experience is preferred.

Coach Harbaugh Bio

Currently, Harbaugh is the head coach for the Heartbreakers 18U Elite softball team, based out of Frederick, Maryland. Most recently, he was elected by his coaching colleagues to serve as the President of the Heartbreakers softball organization. Additionally, Harbaugh serves as the Varsity Assistant Coach at Fairfield High School (Fairfield, PA). He has been at Fairfield High School since the 2016 season.

Harbaugh is a long-time member of the NFCA (National Fastpitch Coaches Association) and has been recognized as a One Star Master NFCA Certified Coach, as well as an NFCA Endorsed Hitting Instructor.
