Chrisman Selected to DII Volleyball All-Region 20 First Team
Frederick Cougars' student-athlete Macie Chrisman (Jefferson HS) was selected to the DII Volleyball NJCAA All-Region 20 Team, as voted on by regional head coaches. Chrisman was selected to the first team.
The Cougars finished 14-8 overall and 9-3 in the MDJUCO. Chrisman was a force on the court for FCC.
Chrisman was one of the top hitters in the region as she recorded the second most kills in Region 20 with 259 kills. She averaged 3.16 kills per set and had a hitting percentage of .238. In addition, she tallied 57 services aces, good for third-most in the region. Chrisman recorded a season-high 18 kills in the Region 20 Championship semi-final game vs. Northern Virginia Community College.
